FE Associates is currently embedded in the Missile Defense Agency headquarters Quality, Safety, and Mission Assurance division. FE Associates provides top level engineering support to management approval of all configuration changes, design changes, and non-conformances within the agency. Staff deploys, maintains, and upgrades custom software on DOD servers for enterprise access to customized database applications at MDA. We review safety and performance analyses as applied to the Ballistic Missile Defense System, component engineering changes and developments with potential impact to BMDS safety or mission assurance, participates in top level engineering and management reviews of these items as they are processed for incorporation into the BMDS. During the contract, FE Associates has participated in failure investigations, development of specifications, procurement planning, audits, and related corporate actions as applied to safety and mission assurance.
