Hadley Roeltgen is the Chief Operating Officer at FE Associates.  Ms. Roeltgen is responsible for managing operations of FE Associates’ business, government relations, and legal matters. Prior to joining FE Associates, Ms. Roeltgen served as a law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence F. Stengel of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and was in private practice, representing clients in a variety of matters, including commercial and corporate litigation, intellectual property and labor & employment matters.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the College of William & Mary School of Law, she was a member of the William & Mary Law Review and a teaching assistant for the Legal Skills Program. Ms. Roeltgen is a member of the Pennsylvania bar and is licensed to practice in several state and federal courts.  She is also a talented photographer and an alumna of the University of Pennsylvania Women’s Basketball team.
